Individual assessment
From the initial assessment of participants' conversational, grammatical and comprehension level, a course structure will be established which incorporates the necessary 'building blocks' to achieve agreed targets.

Feedback
Training managers will be be offered feedback to enable them to measure progress against the department's objectives.

Preparation for recognised examinations
The School has long experience in preparing its students for external examinations. These include qualifications with a business focus, such as those of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the RSA Certificate in Business Language Competence. Others require only a general knowledge of the language. These examinations can give the client an objective outside yardstick against which to measure the effectiveness of the language training.
